1:1 Space Holding Session (60 minutes)
In this intimate session, I create a safe, non-judgmental container where you can feel, express, and process whatever emotions are alive in you right now.
What to expect:
- A warm, confidential space where all your emotions are welcome
- Deep listening without judgment, advice, or attempts to "fix" you
- Gentle guidance to help you reconnect with your own inner wisdom
- Support in sitting with and understanding what your emotions are telling you
- No agenda other than honouring whatever you need to express
What this isn't:
- Therapy or clinical treatment
- Problem-solving or advice-giving (unless you specifically ask)
- Rushing you through your process
Investment: These sessions are offered on a pay-what-you-can basis. There's no minimum - honour what feels right for your situation.
